Hot off the success of The Jungle Book, Disney has locked down release dates for a slew of new live-action films over the next few years. Although the actual film titles remain a mystery, we now know the House of Mouse is busy developing a sequel to Mary Poppins starring Emily Blunt, Cruella with Emma Stone in the title role, Jungle Cruise, based on the popular theme park ride, a Tinkerbell project with Reese Witherspoon, and much more. We’ve already met the four ghostbusting woman saving humanity from paranormal activity. Now get to know Kevin, the outlandish assistant played by Chris Hemsworth in this Ghostbusters featurette. (Collider)

Tony Stark will be making an appearance in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, Tom Holland’s first standalone film as the web-slinging hero. (/Film)

The first trailer for Oliver Stone’s Snowden was released, offering a first look at the NSA whistleblower portrayed by Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The movie hits theaters on September 16. (Variety)

Sony Pictures confirms Goosebumps 2 is moving forward with Jack Black set to reprise his role as author R.L. Stein. No word yet on plot details or a release date. (Movie Web)

Star Wars-themed pop-up restaurant is opening in London for six nights only starting June 23. The four-course interactive dinner will include “strong drinks, hot tunes, and occasional outbreaks of shocking violence” ala the Mos Eisley cantina.  (Time)

As fans around the world honor the life and legacy of Prince, AMC Theatres is showing the 1984 classic Purple Rain in a special engagement. Originally supposed to only play through Thursday, due to popular demand, the theater chain is expanding from 87 locations to 212 and will show the film through May 5. (Mashable)
