Finding Dory just keeps swimming towards Pixar’s largest opening yet as experts forecast the highly-anticipated sequel could open next weekend to at least $115 million. Toy Story 3 currently holds the record for Pixar’s biggest debut with $110.3 M. (Variety)

After 168 incredible days in theaters, Star Wars: The Force Awakens ends its historic theatrical run at the box office as third highest-grossing movie of all-time. (Movie Web)

Star Wars breakout John Boyega has been cast in the lead role in Pacific Rim 2. Boyega will play the son of Idris Elba’s character from the first movie. (Deadline)
